Standard Delivery – 1 to 4 Days – €3.94+VAT
We offer Standard nationwide delivery in 1 to 4 business days for €3.94 plus VAT with over 96% delivered next day.
We use a third party service provider for this delivery option and we have no control over the date and time of delivery. Delivery is within business hours 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please ensure there is someone available to accept the order at the address given or provide details of alternatives (like drop to neighbour or leave by porch).
Priority Delivery – 1 to 2 Days – €7.27+VAT
Under the current circumstances next day delivery is hard to guarantee but we can prioritise your order in an effort to speed the process up if it helps. This involves priority picking & dispatch, meaning your order will jump the queue and be picked before other orders and dispatched that evening. This is a standard charge of €7.27 plus VAT and is subject to stock availability with a 4pm cut off.

Please note that while over 96% of parcels are delivered within 24 hours, ‘next day’ delivery gives the service provider a 48 hour window to deliver the parcel. This is standard within the next day delivery service industry.

Same Day Delivery – €30
On certain products and in certain locations, for orders placed before 12 midday, we offer a same day delivery option for €30 including VAT (subject to stock availability).
Need your ink, toner or printer urgently? Order before 12 and we’ll get it to you that afternoon. Delivery window is between 1pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We use a third party service provider for this delivery option and a specific time and location can be accommodated in most cases.

Depending on the value of your shopping cart, stock availability and your delivery location our website dynamically provides the delivery options available for your order.
If you don’t see one or more of the options above available to select on your order it means they are not available at this particular time.
If for some reason you get stuck for supplies, need your order urgently, and none of the options above suit, email us at [email protected] at the time of ordering and while we can’t guarantee a solution we can SOMETIMES provide a Quick Fix, we want to help!
Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the order number for that product or the email address you used in the purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as swiftly as possible.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, your credit card company and your bank. It may take 3 to 5 working days for your credit card company or bank to process the refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are confirmed as such. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at [email protected] and a member of our customer support team will be happy to help you and provide you with instructions. Please contact us at [email protected] BEFORE returning any faulty items.
Shipping
A member of our customer support team will contact you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping of your exchanged product may take 2 to 5 working days to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Packaging
Our Quick Ink version compatible products are sourced from manufacturers that we’ve dealt with for years to bring you the highest quality consumables. While the majority of our products come in our own branded boxes, sometimes due to stock availability our products are supplied in universal packaging. Rest assured these are the same reliable consumables supplied by us with a no quibble lifetime guarantee produced to the same high standards.
